Process
Smaller buildings spread throughout the current seven acre Walden Square campus. Each building would be smaller scale, but the total new apartments would be the same or even more.
This would keep the new buildings in scale with the surrounding neighborhood and provide for shorter interior hallways and fewer units per floor to help neighbors meet each other in their building.
